“We need to improve the quality of life of senior citizens”

On August 26, the National Senior Citizen’s Day is commemorated in several countries around the world. We talked to Rosa Vallejos, Coordinator of the Integral Center for Elderly Care (CIAM) of Barranco, in Lima, Peru. In this interview for the 3Love Inc. blog, she tells us about the different activities they carry out for the benefit of the senior citizens, as well as the importance of physical, recreational and productive activities to improve their quality of life, well-being and self-esteem.

There we interviewed President Danilo Stepanovich and Treasurer María Del Rosario León Abrill. We talked about the Association’s current work, its future plans and its motivations to continue working in favor of those who have less.
