Partnership between 3Love Inc. and COLITAS CON CANAS

We are proud and pleased to announce that 3Love Inc. has created a partnership with the Colitas con canas dog rescue center, founded by Emily, Nikki and Corinne. Below, we tell you more about this organization and the goals of our partnership.

  1. Colitas con Canas: Description and mission

Colitas Con Canas was created in 2023 in Urubamba, Peru, and translates to “gray tails” in English, which refers to its primary mission of rescuing elderly dogs.

Colitas Con Canas is a specialized rescue center that focuses on elderly and special needs dogs, as well as education and community involvement. They take in dogs that have little chance of being adopted, dogs that are in the recovery process or in palliative care, and serve as a retirement home for abandoned elderly dogs.

They hope to inspire others to give a chance to the dogs that are often overlooked, but what is most important to Colitas con Canas is that their dogs have a safe and loving place to live, where they receive medical care and any requirements they may need physically and emotionally.

Another important goal for them is to reach out to the community. Through education and community involvement, they seek to bring about positive change that would benefit not only all dogs in the area, but humans as well.
